Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct thorough background checks on potential clients, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and validated.
✅ Organize and prepare client applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
✅ Assist in preparing accurate quotations for client orders based on pricing guidelines and client requirements.
✅ Contact banks to verify client financial qualifications and ensure compliance with company policies.
✅ Maintain accurate records, update databases, and support the sales team with documentation and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
✔️ Experience in finance, banking, or credit verification is a plus.
