Monday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of large format printers and machines
✅ Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
✅ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
✅ Provide training and technical support to customers on proper machine usage and troubleshooting
✅ Maintain detailed service reports and communicate findings to the support team

Job Qualifications:

✔️ Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
✔️ Experience in servicing large format printers, plotters, or industrial machines (preferred)
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware and software-related issues
✔️ Willingness to travel and work on-site for customer support and repairs
✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
